The feedback on candidate suitability is a key factor in keeping the recruiting process moving. We recommend responding within 48 hours to keep the candidate engaged and the recruiting targets consistent with your needs.

How much will it cost my company?

The fees charged are based on a percentage of the candidates’ annual salary.

What is the process for finding employees through Automation Technical Services?

Please contact us through our website or call the office directly to discuss staffing needs. We will discuss your position and the details surrounding your candidate requirements.

How long will it take to have an employee in our company?

We recruit the specific skill set and soft skills requested by our customers. Although we have an extensive database of candidates, the job market dictates the availability of the best candidates. Our recruiting efforts are complete and effective, but it does take time to find the right candidate and screen them to ensure compatibility.

What kind of background checks do you provide?

Our background checks typically go back 10 years and include federal, state, city and county records. The criteria we use is based on the customers’ requirements.

What if I am not satisfied with an employee placed by Automation Technical Services?

There are some occasions when a candidate can have a great interview and qualification process, but not perform to the standards of the organization. This scenario does not happen often due to the qualification and onboarding process; however, when it does, we discuss the issues with the employee to determine if there is a path forward. If the company does not want to move forward with the candidate, we will recruit a replacement for the initial candidate/employee.
